Conditions of Use

Sales

1. Harrys Practice website is owned and operated by Harry Wever Pty Ltd (ACN 101 435 278) (ABN 99 101 435 278). Use of this website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

2. Prices of products, services and delivery are current at the time of being published, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Payments by cash are not accepted for orders placed over the internet. Cheques are to be made payable to Harrys Practice. Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST at the rate of 10%. Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment is received. In the case of payment by cheque, goods will be dispatched as soon as funds are cleared, normally 3 business days.

3. Delivery times are based on those outlined by the services of Australia Post. Please refer to Delivery Information. These times are indicative only, and Harry’s Practice will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.

4. Harrys Practice retains the title to the product you order until full funds have been received for that product. All risk in the products will pass to you upon their collection by a postal service.
It is therefore your decision as to whether to obtain any suitable insurance.

5. In the event that an item ordered cannot be supplied, we will contact you to ask if you wish for a substitution or a refund. In the case of being unable to supply an item, and for which there is no satisfactory substitute, all money paid for this item will be refunded via the same method by which payment was received.

6. Should you not be entirely happy with an item purchased within 14 days, return your item with your original receipt and a brief explanation about why you weren’t pleased. Harrys Practice will not accept any items that have had their original packaging opened. (Please note; freight will not be refunded from original invoice, and it is at the charge of the customer to return products).

If any items received by you are found to be defective or of poor quality, please contact us by phone or email immediately, and return the goods. We will examine the item and if found to be defected we will exchange without question. Any such claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Refunds will only be given in circumstances where we are unable to supply the same item in exchange. The return delivery charges will be refunded, or no charge will be made for the delivery of exchange items if the goods are found to be defective. Any cost incurred for returning of goods for any other reason shall be at the customers expense.

ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE - as the goods will be shipped directly from the wholesaler, they must be returned to the sender.Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

Harry Wever Pty Ltd will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the website or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if Harrys Practice has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
