Purchasing a token is simple. You either purchase it online from this page (using a credit card, AMEX or Diners ) - follow the prompts which take you through the shopping cart - check out - and payment pages, or simply phone us on 1300 302738 and make the payment over the phone.
Once the payment has been accepted - then you will receive a confirmation email - which will include the INVOICE number (eg # 410) . To use the token simply write your question in an email addressed to harry@harryspractice.com.au and include the invoice number in the subject box. Dr Harry Wever will respond within 48 hours, and you do have the opportunity to reply to his initial response to clarify any further points brought up in the correspondence. Note: you can purchase more than one token - you will be sent an email confirmation showing your token credits.
If you purchase your AFS insurance through our 1300302738 number -you will automatically receive one free token. Additionally for every insurance policy purchased by persons who have been referred to our site by you- you will receive a further free token.
