PAYMENT OPTIONS

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and have GST included.

Harry's Practice accepts, Visa and Mastercard. Whilst we provide the strictest security for transmitting your credit card details to us, we completely understand that some people may feel more comfortable paying by cash, cheque or direct debit. To do this, simply proceed to Check Out and select Cheque or Money Order from payment method.
Cheques should be made out to: Harry Wever and deposited into a NAB - BSB 082-330 account number 87-419-8433 .Note - please include your harryspractice order # (e.g. " 580") or your name as a reference when depositing at the bank.
For direct debit transfer please transfer into the above St George account you will be required to correspond by email your order and address details so we can process the order. The product will be posted once the money is cleared. .

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

All orders will be dispatched directly from the wholesaler or manufacturer. The freight will be calculated according to weight and the minimum freight charge applicable from the sender. Note - Innotek and ABS products charge between $15 - $25 freight depending on the item ordered.

Harry's Practice will not process your payment until your entire order is in stock, and orders will not be posted until all funds are cleared.
If we are experiencing a particularly long delay on the availability of an item in your order, we will contact you to find out if you would like to wait for the item to come in to stock, if there is a similar item we can suggest, or if you would like to cancel the order.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy is that if the item does not meet with your satisfaction we will refund the purchase price of the the product. All incidental costs will be met by the customer, such as return post and delivery costs. In the case of an error on our part we will meet the full cost of return. All returns must be within a 14 day period from time of delivery and the customer must inform our office immediately by email or telephone.
